We grow certified organic garlic in La Mancha, the region that produces around 65% of Spain’s garlic, and supply it directly to retailers, wholesalers and food processors. We also prepare full loads for export. Our garlic is dried and cured in the field, sized and packed in our own warehouses, and available from May to March.
Packing formats and sizes
- Retail: nets, cartons or sacks, sized by bulb diameter to your specification.
- Repacking and processing: bulk garlic for repackers, peeling and processing.
- Labelling: country of origin (Spain) and organic production information, as EU marketing rules require.

Frequently asked questions
When is the Spanish garlic season?
Garlic is planted in autumn and winter and lifted between late spring and summer. After curing it is stored, which is why dry Spanish garlic is available from May to March.
Which sizes and varieties can you supply?
We size by diameter to your specification, from the medium sizes used in retail to the larger sizes preferred by greengrocers. Ask us which varieties and sizes are available in the current season.
Which certificates do you hold?
EU organic certification by Sohiscert under Regulation (EU) 2018/848, CAEM organic certification, and GLOBALG.A.P. with the GRASP module.
